Hard to see in your picture of the back, is that a red led or reflector between the rear signals under the rear of the seat?

That tank looks good. The way it's molded just works with the XS motor.

its a brake light.. im taking if off as well as the rear turns for a unit that looks the same except it has a clear lens and the outer leds are amber for the turns. I hope it cleans up the back and makes the seat area look more smooth.
recently ive also taken off the rear passenger pegs.

yup it is very comfy. I had thought about doing a fiberglass seat pan with a lil layer of foam but im glad i decided to use this seat, although i did have to shorten it so the tank would fit.

how much did you lower the front end?

if by front end u mean the front of the seat... i had to shorten the seat by 2 to 3 inches if i remember correctly
