Just put on the pod filters from MikesXS on my 83 HS. What do i do with the breather assembly hose that connected to the stock airbox? Any info would be great, Thanks.

Order Part #UP-122 from www.650central.com/ Thats were I got my
breather filter when I went to the pods. Talked with the guy on the phone,
email was very helpfull. He also gave me directions for modifying the
breather plate. The breather on the later models is restricyed and helps the
engine breath better. I'll see if I can locate and post the directions.

Is that plate an aftermarket piece or is it in the assembly already? Also i cant find the part on the site. Is it under carb, exhaust, or engine?

Yes go under the "Carburetion" Link and then under there is a link
"Vent Filters"

The plate is a stock part and is inside the cover were the breather hose
attaches to the motor.
