is that bad?! i have the cv38 carbs,original on '72,pod filters and megaphones.what is your city mpg?!

Thats about what I was getting with my 38's around town & short journeys..Rose up to 50+ on longer runs...
At the moment Im running with 34mm VM roundslides and getting 30 around town , 40 ish on longer trips Sad

As you run the bike and get more used to the bike it will improve a bit.

What do the plugs look like around town ........like after 10 miles or so... all that sounds rich to me.......... xsjohn

i am going to look after the sparkplug as soon as i got this motor running.that was with my old original '72 engine
