checked my compression on both, it was at 125 on each. my exhaust and fuels valves were gapped to .006 but my right cylinder still doesnt give out much power. my left one runs fine, doesnt backfire, but my right one doesnt ever power up until I hit a certain RPM. not sure what it is since I dont have any gauges anymore...and my right side backfires. any help? I am at a loss....

It might be wise to check the carb on the side that is not running well. Has it been looked at for jets all clear, diaphram not leaking, float level confirmed correct?

Sounds like the carb on the weak side needs cleaning and checking like RG says.
