I have been working on my bobber for a little over a year and have it up and going now. I have a problem I never thought of... I keep blowing the headlight. It is not a wiring issue, it appears that the little wires in the bates style headlight I got from MikesXS can't take the vibration my bike puts out. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do outside of scrap the darn thing... If you did have to scrap it, what ended up working for you?

I didnt use a stock headlight, but we had to use rubber bushings, lots of them, you need something to help buffer the vibration. The more rubber the better.

Thanks for the tip BeanerBiker! I will have to go buy a new headlight and put in some rubber bushings. This could get very expensive if I can't resolve it soon...
