What Happened to 650rider.com?

650 Rider went offline for about a month at the beginning of 2010. In order to save the technical information that was here, XS650.com acquired the site and brought it back online as a read-only archive. If you were a member of 650 Rider, you will need to re-register at XS650.com

I Wanted to give 650 Riders first crack at this beauty but I guess nobody is interested so I'm gonna have to put it on eGay. Its on Craigs Indy, Cincy and Louisville. Also willing to trade for something 4WD and maybe partial trade for cash and a project bike. Check my other posts under original stuff for pics. 4000 people on here and nobody wants this clean machine?

I know there is something like 4,000 people that have joined this site. Some frequent users, some seldom use it. Your bike is in great shape, I think the issue is that most of us on here are tied up in XS projects and the funds are needed to complete them, or some simply don't have room for another bike(of which both apply to me). I'm glad you decided to keep it original and the bike will make someone a great ride. Good luck with the sale and I think it was still a great idea to try here first.

Ah sad but true OBN. To be sure I will be weeding thru the newbies and be selective of who I sell it to. I don't want to hear about her gettin down the minute she leaves my shop. I hate to even think about sellin her now, I'm afraid what might happen....lol. But I have too many projects and not enuff money or time for all of them. And well, she's done. Its a little anti-climactic for me. WHen I get done with something I usually get rid of it posthaste because the thrill is gone once I'm done. A little weird but I know of others similarly afflicted.
