I'm working on adding more of my old HD parts to my "Bobber"? I'm reworking my mounts so I can use my custom leather saddle bags I ran on my 87 Hertage Softail as well as my 60 Pan. My plan is to be able to put them on when needed and be easily removed when I want it to look clean. Simular to my sissy bar mount in function. I'll post some pics after I work out the mounts and get the bags cleaned up.

Hey Mo,
Do you do your own weilding? If so what kind of equipment do you use?

No I wish. That is one skill I've never developed, yet at least.

Here's one pic of my bag installation. I'll probably add another album to my gallery.

These bags are the ones I originally installed on my 87 Heritage Softail
when I bought it new and then to my 60 Pan when I made a swingarm
out of it after I sold my Softail. These bags have a bunch of miles, memories and 35 states worth of traveling on them. I know they Say HD but it's a part of my biking past that adds a lot of life and my personality to my XS! Thought
some may interested in the history.
