I'm about to install a set of Mac 2 into one pipes on my '80 and was wondering if there is anyone who has any experience with Kreem's "Blue Shield" product. Is blueing a problem with Mac exhausts in the first place?
Thanks!

Don't know about the Blue shield.......But 80's were pretty lean (first year of Gov't tuning) and the stock pipes are double walled which resist bluing......if there is any bluing on the stock pipes the Mac's will blue up fast............

Another trick you can try is spraying the inside of the new pipes with header paint. You can also go up a size in your jetting for a richer mixture..........BG
