Hello all. I'm from just outside of West Liberty, IA which is in the southeastern part of the state. I'm currently working on bringing a 79 650 Special out of retirement. Bike has just short of 6,900 actual miles on it, but it sat a few years, and has a few cosmetic issues. Will probably try to pick as many brains on here as possible over the next few months as I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to Motorcycle repair restoration.
