When I bought the bike it did not have a choke lever. I just bought one from Mikes and put it on last night. The problem that I am having is that when I screw the lever on tight the lever will not open the choke it seems to be binding. If I leave the screw a little loose it works, but it still is hard to choke. Does anyone have a real pic of the choke set-up (not a diagram). I have looked at diagrams and cant see how it is assembled. Please help. I thought it was going to be a simple bolt on. yeah I guess I should stop thinking.

There is a stepped down spacer with a wave washer that goes between the body and lever. Do you have these parts?

No it still is great! I see what is going on. It looks like my lever is longer. You cant see any part of the slot on my lever. Now my problem is how do I fix that.
Thanks!
