I will be using a custom frame and 16" spoked harley wheel. I have nothing for brake parts except a rear disc. where and what should i look for the rest of the assembly (caliper, pads, master cylinder etc.) im trying to do this as cheep as possible without compromising integrity and style.

ah huh a good use for the money sucker bikes. The rear wheel? I dont know hwhat you will use for a rear sprocket because they are useually much larger rear sprockets and will gear you very low. My opinion is to get a yamaha 16" rear wheel and get your gearing back. the harley wheel would make a good item to sell on e-bay and fund your intire project.

As for the sprockets, Skroozloose on thechopperunderground.com is making a batch of 32T with the harley bolt pattern if you want to hit him up. As for brakes, I'm sourcing almost all off ebay. are you using the 10" rotor or the 11.5? The larger you can pick up a new style rear caliper (it has the arm and mounting hole for the axle). it will need to be machined down to the proper width to center the wheel. Then you just need to pick up a master/brake line and a brake pressure switch to activeate the taillight. Should be able to do the whole rear brake setup for under $100. Not sure if that is cheap enough for ya but thats the easiest route (unless I kept the stock rear wheel/drum brake)

If the sprocket is made of decent carbon steel heat to 1550 ....medium red...can use barbaque pit with real hot coals and drop in cold water and paint.....will last forever.......

Im also thinking about picking these up since they came off the same bike my wheels did, and i ended up getting the wheels for half the price he was asking.
