Paint Questions?

I am not familiar with paint at all. I would like to do this myself and wondered if anyone had any suggestions or preferences about some things.

Engine and exhaust, I was just going to use high heat paint. Is there any final coat I have to put on after that?

Any suggestions on the brand of paint to buy?

The rest of the bike I was just going to spray, clear coat, and wet sand. I’m only doing it that way because it’s all I know, I would be open to and appreciate any suggestions but I would like to minimize it to things I can do in my garage.

dont understand why you would want to paint the engine and exhaust but as for the frame a prep with p600 wet and dry paper and straght on with black smoothright [not hamerite] out of an areo tin, no need to primeover parts that have been rubed down to the metal a realy good product, and a good shine to. have a go.
