...to swap a modern front end onto our bikes.
NOT TRUE.
Contact ALL BALLS RACING for custom roller bearings.
OR, sleeve an XS neck into an R6/GSXR/CBR/R1 etc. lower clamp and just bolt the thing on like it was made that way.

Who is selling the custom sleeve? Somebody ought to cook up 10 or 20 of em for sale. It could be a prize in our build off contest.

I can do up the sleeves if someone needs one. I've got one on my KZ frame that's running a 2002 GSXR forkset right now. There IS some welding involved to do this safely on your bike though...
VERY easy to design and build. You need to know the base diameter of the stock (XS) stem, the base diameter of the stem that's on the current forks, and a sleeve length.

It's also VERY advisable to upgrade to the tapered roller bearings at this time too since you'll kill a LOT of wobble that way.
