As the subject states, I'm wondering about the possibility of putting KZ750B (twin) spoked wheels on my 79 XS. My XS came with mag wheels and Ijust don't like that look. I have the KZ that I'm going to trade with a guy to get the frame on the XS hardtailed, but I'm wondering if I could switch out the wheels beforehand (I'd let him know first, so he's not getting a screwed up deal).

Any ideas on whether this will work?

I'd worry about getting the brakes to line up. It would probably be easier to swap out the front ends.

However, it might be a drop in. You never know until you try.
