One way to kill the light.....Intercept the black ground wire on headlight plug and bring it outside on the left side of the tank....Down off up on.....

never tried it,I keep busy enough type'n here for a guy that just got back into type'n a year ago.Never thought I'd use what they taught me 35 years ago in high school.Just keep adding your thought's to the forum xsjohn enjoy reading them,and once in a while I learn something.By the way nice hat and gun you'd fit right in here in the wood's of Pa.Have a good day

Don't be fooled buy the gun and hat...I'm actually a gun grabber in disguise...
Head light on off later models....Old switch case is getting pretty rusty maybe I should polish it..................

Installed a SR 500 Switch case, while overworking the whole electric system and throwing out stuff like e-starter, side stand switch,side stand relay, safty relay, head up relay and all that bs nobody needs. Was a hell of a work, because the engine stop switch on the SR works in a different way.

The truth is pretty hurtful sometimes like when my buddy said he could eat my ole XS with his cbr600 even his girlfriend on the back and did…….

There sure is......Next time that may be a nuke.....4 German Nationals killed and 11 missing by some accounts.....Thankful that we can still ride our XS's cause lots of people can't........
When you have these things inspected over there what exactly do they check and how would they know what has been changed.........
