OK, have the rear fender mounts made, seat pan and now I am tooling the leather for my pan. Here are some updated photos. For reference I am 6' tall.

Thanks.....no, the seat is mounted to a shock and spring. You can kinda see the spring in the second photo from the top. There is a seat pan framework that the pan bolts too. I finished lacing the saddle up last night.......it is going to match the paint I have laid out for it as well...Dark Brown and Buckskin.

The rear fender came from Craig Tirey....I cannot seem to find his phone number, but his email address is

The fenders some as a blank, so modification might be needed. He can make you whatever width you want and does excellent work! Tell him Dave From Twisted Steel Customs sent you there.
The tank is off a 2001 Sportster 3.3 gallon. To accomodate the length, I extended the backbone back 7", which also allowed me to do a drop seat design without messing up the air cleaners.
