ANYONE KNOW THE BEST WAY TO GET MINOR RUST OFF OF SPOKED WHEELS. AND
IS THERE ANYWAY TO GET PAINT OFF OF CHROME WITHOUT DAMAGING THE CHROME?

#000 steelwool should take the paint off chrome without damageing it.

you can use xylenes with the #000 it will help in the stripping process be careful the stuff is pretty harsh.
I would not recommend useing it with out ventilation as for the spokes you can try #00 or #0 steelwool
or use brasswool it is less I only know of one type and it's not the easiest thing to find but worth it
I have been using metal wax to clean things up and it works well with the steel wool on the alloy.
