Rust on cylinder wall

I had my jugs bored out to 1st oversize about 6 weeks ago. When I picked them up from the shop they were tightly wrapped in plastic.....which is how I left them until tonight (i know, i know, but I've been busy...).

When I unwrapped them this is what I saw. There's streaks of rust on the outside and the inside of the sleeves. They still feel smooth when I run my fingers across.... What (if anything) is my course of action here? Any advice will be appreciated.

Flash rust........check online .........lots of ways to clean that.........me I would hit it with some steel wool soaked in oil and clean it and run it......... xsjohn
