i'm tring to find some where to buy new or used float bowls for my bs38's anyone know where i can get em?

What year? The way the pilots worked was different on different years.

its for a 75 what years are interchangeable?

I think any thing from 70 up to early 78. They changed the carbs in mid 78 then again in 80.
I'll put in a pic that shows the difference. Yours will look like the one on the left, the one on the right is from a late 78/79 carb.
On the left side of the pic you can see that the pilot jet is by itself. There is a slot over to the right, in this slot is a dark spot, this spot is a passage to the bottom of the pilot jet.
The right bowl, the pilot jet is connected to the slot with another slot. you will see no dark spot/passage. This bowl feeds the pilot jet at the top.
You might be able to run them on your carbs. If you try you might want to get two bowls so they match. I would try to find one like yours.

If you can't find any here try ebay you might pick up a set of carbs cheap. Then you will have spare parts.

Let me guess, you overtightened the plug trying to fix a gas leak.

Ask me how I know. Hahaha.

I bought a junk set of carbs on ebay. The float bowls usually have a letter stamped on them("E" in the case of my late 1978 model).
