i am still undesided and was curious what is the best way to paint a frame should i use 2 stage paint and clear or por 15 or get it powder coated
and how much paint is needed i was thinking a quart should do a frame

What are you going to do with the bike? Rattle can paint is good because you can touch it up with ease and no one will know. Powder coat is most durable, but if you manage to damage it, your repair will likely show.

Id go with PC. for about 200$ you'll get your frame and swing arm fully blasted, and then coated. Powdercoating is as durable as it comes and looks great. save your money and do it right the first time.
