i have a 76' and the front caliper has a male hardline fitting and the master cylinder has a (10mm?) banjo
anyone know what size forsure the fittings are, mainly the caliper one? i want to get rid of the L shaped deal mounted to the front of the bike and just do a straight line from the master cyl to the caliper. anyone know where to get a cheap line too id appreciate it. i do have a steel braided line that has 1/8npt swivel ends i got from mcmaster left over from oil lines i was making for a car

Does the L shaped piece have the brake light swith in it? If so when you remove it you will need to get a banjo bolt with a switch built into it. Mikes has about the best prices on braided lines. They have the swivel ends too. As far as the caliper end goes, take it with you to a parts store and see if they have a fitting that fits.
