that style can be had at Mikes xs and Jc Whitney among others but those seem to be "turned up" more than what I have seen so thye may not be exact.

they look similar to the shorty reverse cone mufflers I have been looking at, but I like the upswept look. Hard to tell in the pic, but it looked to be part of that pipe.

that is a bend similar to what I want, but the pipe is not quite the style I am looking for.

Don't know either, but I want a set! Emgo seems to suggest they have a set with a bend but the site does not show a decent (or any) picture of them.

The picture was posted by Brian Gibbs, - Semaphore, South Australia.
And he stated he was going for a Triumph look so maybe they are Triumph pipes? Maybe one of the members from down under know him and could put you in contact? Or they may recognize the pipes and know of the supplier? With luck he will be a member of the 650 Society in AU and contatcting him will be easy.

I emailed them also. $600 Aus + $100 - $120 Shipping. Not sure what the exchange is, but that is more $$ than I care to spend on pipes!!

Thanks! That's just what I wanted to hear...
I think you mentioned that you liked the GS450 tank... Have a look at this one:
cgi.ebay.ca/CAFE-RACER...240%3A1318
And a picture of a gs tank on an XS
www.motorcyclemojo.com...cafe-racer
I like the upsweep as well, I have an old Hooker pipe on my Honda that is short and upturned. I am wondering if you found the upper pair of pipes for a 4into4 if they would have enough bend...

I had actually been emailing that guy about his tank before he posted it on ebay. He wanted $500 for it

The starting bid on ebay is pretty steep as well, although I'm sure it was a fairly big cost to the chroming. I would have a hard time spending that much on something that didn't make the bike go, stop, or steer better...

I think if I were to drop 450 on a pair of mufflers they would haveot be stainless.
But if was throwing 500 at a time inot a motorcycle it probably wouldn't be an xs650 either. now maybe someone has just a 20 degree x 1 1/2 chrome bend???
