Put the motor in and got her running yesterday!
I had to rewire the ignition, but thanks to the wiring threads and troubleshooting ignition problems I figured it out and two kicks to start!
I will post pics. My original thread "and so it begins" will be updated too.
I am going to rewire the whole bike myself.
Oh I picked up a set of X-pipes on ebay, they sound sweet!
