Hey guys i just posted a smooth faced billet aluminum stator cover for the xs650 engine that I cnc machine myself. let me know what you guys think.

Looks good & well made..................A bit pricey I'm afraid...Mikes has them polished for $26.........Your going to have to sharpen up your pencil!

If you want to sell these - do something mike hasn't - mill in a vent hole(s) to keep the "rotor" cool. John has (and he's right) been harping about keeping your stator cool to prevent early stator fail. I cracked mine open with two washers to let air in - and I have been trouble free for years.
