Well, I've apparently developed a pretty decent oil leak from somewhere on the underside of the engine. I haven't as of yet been able to pinpoint the location, but it'd definitely coming from underneath, towards the front. Anyone have any idea what might be the issue, and how hard it might be to fix? Am I better off selling or fixing (it has about 24k miles). I honestly don't have the time to rebuild the engine, or the $$ to pay someone to do it for me, but I don't want to quit riding. Any advice is appreciated!!

Check your sump cover plate for damage or a stripped oil plug hole.

Well, after my son's baseball game last night, I was able to take a quick look to try and pinpoint where the leak is at. It appears to be dripping from about the center of the bottom of the engine, about 3-4" back from the bolt for the oil plug. I didn't see any damage, so I'm wondering if it's maybe a seal or gasket somewhere? I'm hoping it's not, because I'm not one to have to break down an engine and rebuild it....I don't have the time or $$$...

check the front sprocket nut, if it's loose it will leak, also the clutch rod seal is right there and it's a known problem area

Get some spray can degreaser, spray down the areas that are oily. Once good and clean, you can better see where the oil is coming from. The clutch push rod seal and the sprocket nut being loose are the two most prevalent spots for leaks.
