Could the stator assembly resistance test good and the assembly still be bad? I don't think I'm getting the 11 volts ac out of it. |

I built the reg/rec with radio shack rec's and a chrysler reg. I wired ground from one rec to the other and from there straight to battery ground. |

The regulator/rec I built had a rubber coating on it that I filed off where the bolts connect it to the frame. I checked earth groung on the regulator by just randomly scraping of some of the coating ... |

Forgot to mention that I grounded the green brush and no change. I have another good stator assembly that tests pretty close to the one that's on it and it made no change either. |
