true. but when I said 'charging system', thats what I've lumped that whole chunk of the wiring system as..

regulator, igniter, coils, etc..

Hmm.. must be the charger then...

Everything else I've used the meter on seems to be accurate. I haven't checked the wall socket, but the car battery is accurate.

I dont imagine the bike batte ...

for the start button on the right hand controls? removed that button long ago.. the wire is still there, but not touching anything.. it was pulled back and taped.

You said they checked the vin of the frame and the engine? do yours match? was there an issue? Mine dont match, so I'm woried about that now.

I never used a gauge to check compression before, but it started every kick, reliably..

what am I looking for on oil level? too much? too little? prior to the start two days ago, it was overfill ...
