Thanks pumps, I used to be on Antique truck boards (56 Chevy 1/2 ton & 1948 International 1/2 ton) and they all swore on POR-15 as being the best thing since breast.

pumps, POR-15 is usually used on car frames (antiques) to stop the rust, never thought if it inside a tank. It might work.
