Well I have this to add......I put a carb from a 1983 185s honda 3 wheeler on an 1982 honda xr80,and that thing ran like a cr125!! NO BULLSHIT!! Smile

did you paint your frame? check too make sure you have a good ground for the coil,also try another spark plug.just start with the basic's then trace down the electrical conections use Lithium di-elect ...
