When assembling the cases with new seals, do you install the seals in the top side and then put the bottom on? Or do you put the cases together and then install the seals? Or????

The class I plan on running is basicly a stock class. You can't do much to the bike, other than safety related. You can put clubman bars on, take all the lights off, and alot of safety wiring.

I have a '75, basicilly stock and I have gone through 4or5 headlights in just a short time. I recently switched to an h4 type bulb and that just went. Any Ideas? Thanks.
