What Happened to 650rider.com?

650 Rider went offline for about a month at the beginning of 2010. In order to save the technical information that was here, XS650.com acquired the site and brought it back online as a read-only archive. If you were a member of 650 Rider, you will need to re-register at XS650.com

Several times over the last couple of days the site has been offline. Weather, maintenance or what do you suppose? Russo?

I was going to ask the same thing......judging from the "Shout" box, it was one of those Electronic PITA things....

And here I thought it was my steam-powered Babbage Engine of a computer..... Very Happy

Just don't realize how much you enjoy something until it is gone. Had me more than a little scared!

Fer sher, when it went to a site showing the URL was available I thought the pooch was screened. Man I gotta have my fix. I (shudder) even went to the dark side to see if anyone knew anything...

Sure hope this site doesn't meet the same the same fate as the CB450DOHC website (been so long,I don't even remember if that is the correct name of the site). Would really be a shame to lose such a great bunch of folks. BTW,where can I get my CB450 fix...I'm in withdrawl!

My last Cb 450 was in about 1977 My first one was a 66 in about 1971 Red and black "lace" paint job on the bread loaf tank, dual leading shoe front brakes and the Bonnevilles didn't like to see it coming. Yeah I think running a site like this is generally thankless. So here's a Thanks to Russo! (No matter how it turns out!)

It's been a couple weeks since I've been on much. Now I have to sign in every time I come on now. Before it was a couple years since I had to sign in.
Try Honda twins for your 450 fix. They have a section just for the cb/cl bikes.
