I thought I had a site or link saved for stock type decals, specifically for the '75 XS650B. I'm looking for tank stripes and side cover emblems.
Who was selling these repro sets? Anyone have a website link?

Found them! Z1 Enterprises has them for the XS and many others, they're just hidden deep within the website.

For the '75: www.z1enterprises.com/...px?ID=2242

What about these.

When you click on this site, you'll have to click on it again, find the decal section on the left, then look for Yamaha. Good luck!

Awesome link, oldbikenut! I have to learn how to do that. A little OT,but I also have a 1978 650 SE in mint original condition and 6,342 original miles. I would love to see a pic of your bike. And scotts,a very wise choice to restore your bike. It is nice now,but I have seen a few of your bikes, and I am sure it will be a stunning restoration.

That site is pretty cool. My bike is no where near what yours sounds to be. I got it really cheap and have been working on it to make it a presentable example of an XS650.

At the risk of hijacking this thread,I would have to say you have accomplished your goal,OBN. I really like the British flavor of your bike, and the bars are a nice improvement. Guess I need to learn a bit more about creating links and posting pics. Okay, scotts, you can have your thread back now!
