So i was wonder if there is any modifications needed to put on a peanut tank on the xs, my biggest question is going from 2 petcock to 1, does everyone just split the fuel line?

Theres always modifications doing this. Usually you need to drill out the frame to make mounts for the new tank. As for cocks thats up to you, can split the line or drill out another hole in the tank , weld in a new bung and have dual cocks.
