Hey guys. I am in need of the stator cover that has YAMAHA on it. Mine has a big groove in it from the shift lever. Anybody that has an extra one lying around, give me a shout and hopefully we can work something out. Thanks again for all the great posts on here every day.

Is it too deep to sand out? Mine had some and I was able to sand them out.

I think it is too deep to sand out. Looks like it has been happening for a good while.

You'd be surprised what you can sand out. Another alternative is to ebay a nos or a used one. Does mike have them? I don't remember seeing them but haven't looked either.
