make a small tab with a hole in it took hook your spring to/weld tab to frame/hook spring/done |

if you use a after market HD forward control you can get the with more "out" length.

After going out and taking some dims off my cb550 I would venture to say thats what that frame was built for.

hardtail:most guys are using a flat trailer style fender or you can snag up a spare tire ring from the 30' at a swap meet..or check out front street cycles..
Softie: some guys do run the stock rear j ... |
