your 650 takes a 6303 wheel bearing 47mm OD 17mm ID

the 250 has 6904 bearings.. 37mm OD 20mm ID

No bearing I can find has a 37mm od and 17mm ID.

McMasterCarr sells a set of #1,#2,#3 and #4..
The only place I've found #3 and #4 drivers

Get a #3 driver. heck even a US style one.. there are more than a few #3 screws on our bikes to deal with ...

I have my GS750 up on the center stand and 2 automotive jack stands under the front part of the frame..

You can get a little extra height by putting the center stand down on a 2x4

In my case it was a bad thumb switch.
vibrations at idle would sometimes kill the bike.

The starter is on the same circuit (on my bike anyway) so if you have intermittent no start issues too I'd ...

If it matters to anyone it's a #68 drill 0.031"

Finished the cleanup today.. My Pilot Air jets on the left carb was full of little bits of foam.. Yup.. the air filter had disintegrated..

Tried heating it and pushing it out with a small needle last night.. sucker was stuck good, bent the needle.. It's just the tip stuck way down inside the pilot screw bore.. nothing to grab onto.

I finally got around to cleaning out my BS34 carbs on the 77 XS400..

I ran into one tiny little problem. The tip of one of the pilot screws has broken off.. Good news is I found the tip.. Bad news ...

I think you can stuff a 120-80-18 on the XS-400 18" rear rim but that's about it.

The vacuum petcock on my XS has become unreliable so I've been riding with it set to prime for the last 3 days..

Try Michael's Craft Store.. They have em in 1/4" and dime size 4 for $3 or something like that. I have a few kicking around for my model airplanes.. Thanks for the tip.

I fairly sure the diaphragm in the XS400Ds petcock ruptured today.

After tanking up I flipped it back to run from Res.. got on and it was really hard to start.. Rode about 1/2 a block and it died.. ...

What is the MC bore diameter?
If the spool is good you might be able to source some new rubber cup seals from another kit with the same bore size..

My XS rear MC has a Dodge Shadow wheel cylinder ...

AGC Glass type . I put new clips into the stock fuse box.. Guess I should have put in new fuses too. If it becomes a reoccurring issue I'll switch to blade fuses.
