carbs are clean, jets are 135 mains, 46 pilot, i will have to double check the needle valves. i got the rebuild kits from mikesxs last year so what ever parts he ships with but i will check. as for ... |

i have no doubt in your needles i ran them all last year and the bike ran at its best. i do have a complete 1981 that is on a longterm chop project so i can swap igniters with that and try that out, ... |

well at first i was getting flames out of the left cylinders exhaust just coming off idle, loud poppy flames. So i played with the pilot screw a bit and it seemed to go away. i ride the bike for 20 ... |

these forks are the most basic things to take apart and lower, all you have to do is add a spacer to your dampner rod causing it to sit higher in the male tube. although you might have to cut a little ... |

all black, has the tracker tailsection with a decent paint job, not professionaly done but did use ppg paint, its a roller and the motor is resealed on the top end, it was a project someone else start ... |

First thing i would do is pull the plugs, did you have it on choke for a while? If so you could have fouled the plugs up. if that doesn't work i would go towards carbs, all it takes if for a tiny part ... |

yes i agree, grease the crap out of the tap and it will catch about 98% of the chips, i have never had a problem doing this, the key is the grease! |

if done properly i am telling you strait up the time sert is the best! Ask any replicable Jap dealership to compare the two for you 9 times out of 10 they use time serts |
