I agree... I am going to sell my Sportster tank and buy as Wassell or Hap Jones so I can fit in with the new wave... Time to chop off last seasons hardtail as well and do a drop seat... It's all about ...

A properly running engines spark plug should have a brown or reddish colored electrode. If the electrode is black, the bike is running too rich. If its white, its running too lean.

You could get one of the split tanks and do one side gas the other with your drink of choice and use the petcock as your tap... Could get a little warm though Wink

My guess is so that you will go buy another tank and they can charge you an arm and a leg for it. The Ironhead tanks only held 2.2 gal. I think... At least that is what I was told by the guy I got it ...

Check ebay for a store called Plane Jane Rollers... I got a solo spring seat for under $40 from them a year ago and have had no problems or complaints...

I run open headers on mine and it is pretty loud... I'd imagine it wouldn't be much different then yours without the baffle is now...

That isn't a bad price for a running bike at all. I got mine dirt cheap but it was far from running. I can't wait to see what you do to it... Keep us posted with updates and pics!!!
