Alright I got the engine out. What a procedure that was. Marvins mystery oil... I'll have to try that. I'm not sure if the rocker arm moves I'll check that too if I can. Thanks for the advice guys ...

Great... The guy I bought the bike from told me. If you open up the cover you can see it does not move.
