I think the BUB exhaust would be an acceptable alternative to NOS. It was THE hot exhaust in it's day and it is period correct. Sometimes there is not an alternative, unless you have very deep pock ... |

I had to get my paint from the European PPG subsidiary. Even with the AutoColor code it could not be matched in the US. But the bike is the real cobalt blue, the side covers are only painted on the ... |

Looks like the motor drops out the botton via removing the front mount. Just curious, how much have you been offered. Do you think the motor has Kel Carruther's magic inside? |

All the screw adjustment does is compress a spring. The center rod does not move, it is being pushed by the spring against the guide providing tension. You can unscrew the whole deal and see what is ... |

Did you scuff the plates before reassembly? Smooth plates can be grabby. |

you can check valve timing pretty well by pulling the alternator cover, removing the valve covers on the left side and slowly turning the engine over with a wrench. Everyother revolution the exhaust ... |

75% of the braking is in the front which means I would not want to ride that bike around here, too many Aholes in cars. But it is a clean bike. |

These bikes are incredibly lean at idle. I raised my needle all the way up and reset the mixture screws and idle. Made a world of difference in the idle. |
