That said if you turn the screw out it will richen the mix, that is backward from all the carbs I have ever seen. In lessens the air and richens the mix, wierd.

That's what I thought too, but I looked for 20 mins and no pilot screws. I have the rear air jets, pilot jets and Mains and that's it, even the needle jet only have one position, so you have to change ...
