Yeah, I got that impression as well. My petcocks are tight and I don't seem to have any egregious flooding/float issues any more.

I got mine from Old Bike Barn, and there was no such warning on their site, so I'm hoping the ethanol issue does not apply to their product. The manufacturer is K&L, Japan.
