that was the thought. Figured since we were talking about springers, I would see if anyone had seen an XS done that way. I am still debating whether to restore or bob my 78. |

you will need the tapered neck bearing set that mikesxs sells, and 1" tapere trailer bearings from what I have read. Basically use only the bearing races from mikes set. |

I tried the stock flasher, but they didn't draw enough to get it to flash. Just buzzed a bit. I would think you could pick up a universal flasher from an auto parts shop and rig that to work though. ... |

Definately fatter. I believe the swingarm is also 2" longer than the one on my TX. I believe they extended the XS650 swingarm in 74 |
