my fuel tap with engine off would still let some fuel thru when in 'on' position & a smaller flow when in 'reserve' . Just put a gasket kit in it with no change.
The plastic plate with diaphram pieces either side has a small hole/cutout along one edge, does it matter which way up this goes & is there a correct 'way up 'for the back piece of the tap with the fuel & vacuum hose attachments????
