First of all that video's dumb. It's obviously propaganda. It say's Obama is more of the same....same as who, Bush, Clinton, Carter? How is McCain not also more of the same.

Anyways, don't know how accurate this is, but "U.S. NATIONAL DEBT CLOCK
The Outstanding Public Debt as of 30 Sep 2008 at 03:38:05 AM GMT is: $9,897,033,647,299. The estimated population of the United States is 304,819,730
so each citizen's share of this debt is $32,468.48. The National Debt has continued to increase an average of
$2.42 billion per day since September 28, 2007! www.brillig.com/debt_clock/

A lot of ppl are responsible for this, democrat or republican. Ever see the Simpsons episode where the 2 aliens come to earth and get inside bob Dole and Bill clinton's body, then when Homer reveals them as the evil monsters they are, the aliens quip "what are you gonna do about it, you have to vote for one of us, it's a 2 party system." Lisa says she'll vote for an independent and they laugh, "go ahead, throw your vote away..." then they make us all slaves.......

y wife's from Nepal and I lived there for a year. They've gone through some sh!t over the last 10 years with the monarchy and corruption. Together they stood up and fought against the monarchy and eventually overthrew the king and declared Nepal a Democratic country. I was there the day they became the Democratic Republic of Nepal. Granted things still aren't great, but that should inspire us all. Just my 2 cents....

Please don't get offended and stop helping me when I've got questions about my bike.......:)

It's been changed and reposted.

jdallen,
Skatin' on thin ice there, cuz! (LOL)
Don't know about propaganda here, just the way things went down, and it is the way things went down.

It is far too dangerous of a time to have the elitist Barack Obama running our country. Some serious things need to be fixed financially, and he has no clue how to do it. Socialism and big government is not the answer.

Then why is he so far up in the polls.......my contention still stands....America has gone nuts...........young voters haven't got a clue how we got to this point............and he lies to clover it up.......and so do the rest of them.........they don't want McCain and Palin in there because they wil rat them out..............instead of more of the same......Acorn for example.......

Once the bailout package goes through, capitalism is dead, America will be a socialist state, thanks to Bush of all people.

How is a kid of a single mother elitist and a guy who has 7 homes not? How are republicans gonna fix the mess they created? Seriously... I know, wrong forum to be discussing this, but honestly, who put you in this mess? I would trust Obama with with finacial market much more than McCain, who admitted he knows nothing about the economy.

cCain pushed for deregulation for many many years... deregulation is what caused the sub-prime mortgage crisis, which is what caused all these bank collapses, which is what's leading to the bailout.

Obama warned about this happening 2 years ago. I have no doubt that Obama has many flaws, but I don't think Elitist (fox news label) or the economy are part of them.

I'm suprised you care who gets the chair! Couldn't be in worse hands than what you have at the moment, could it?
How did this mess start? It wasn't Al Quaida, not the Afgahn's, not even the bloody Canadians! All under the careful watchful eye of George W Bush!
When is George Bush the 3rd going to run?

Well some things would be good if they were "socialist" like healthcare, but I'm strongly against any kind of welfair check, unless they're put to work doing the jobs noone else wants to do.

But bailing out the big banks is about the worst thing that can happen. I say let them fail, another bank will take it's place. If they are free to make a profit, they should be free to lose it too.

You honestly believe that the problems we're experiencing here in the U.S. currently are the result of George Bush? It takes longer than almost 8 years for something of this magnitude to occur. Try looking back into the 90's......I know, it's hard to face yourself in the mirror Rolling Eyes
