Hey man, two questions for you.

Where did you get your fender? or did you make it?

Second, can I get a close up of how you mounted your solo seat? I've been scouring the internet trying to find pictures of how solo seats are mounted on stock frame soft tail bikes.

Beautiful bike BTW.
I'd be much oblidged if you could do that for me Very Happy

The fender is the rear half of the front fender,

The front of the seat is mounted by a peice of flat aluminum with a hole drilled in each end, one hole for the stud on the seat, the other hole bolts to the stock tank mount. I put some rubber nipples (call the po-lice) on the rear seat studs and the rear of the seat kinda just rests there. The do-dad in between the seat and tank is another little bracket for my headlight toggle. The fender I mounted using one of the original front mounts, cut off, turnd sideways and flat, screwd to the frame crossmember. My shocks are very stiff so it does not rub. Thanks for checkin it out!!!

Dude, Thanks so much!! That helps me tremendously.

I never even thought about just letting the rear seat kinda lay there....that gives a low profile look and also gives ease of installation and easy access to the battery and what-not...hmmm...

Thanks a ton man!

EDIT:

I am sing my stock tank....so I'll have to find something else to do, but it's not impossible I know.

I would just double up and use the tank mount for both, and your right about the battery access
