I'm starting this post hoping some of you could tell about your experiences with different rear shocks....I'm gonna buy a set and don't have any experience with them except for the junk standard equipment....has anyone tried Works? Mikes XS monza? Red wings? Hammerheads? Progressive? Please list your opinions and preferences.

I am going to buy red wing hammer heads from omars, hes got a limmited supply and they are reasonable like under 150. 13.5 inches would be nice.. for a tracker, I am going 14.5 on my xsl650 project due to the one inch increase in fork lenghth.

KONIs are called IKON now and were manufactured in Australia on KONI machinery. They are the choice to make. Nothing else to say!

What would it cost to rebuild a set of old Koni's? Does anyone have links to IKON or Mulholland sales where the price is reasonable? I know they are pricey...just looking for the best prices..

I just rebuilt my Koni 7610's. The only thing it cost me was the oil.
