I've been blessed with a freebee. I'll make a soft tail bober I think. It will probably take some time but I will update when I start making progress. 1st thing is to get it running and make sure all systems are a go. I think it is an 81h. The guy I'm getting it from says he has the side covers. Once I get it home I'll know more.
It has a choke controll on the handle bars, and some plates over the rear peg mounts I havent' seen before.

Chrome fenders and the 650 on the cam covers. Does it have the bazillion spokes? Might be an '83 Heritage special. Those lower plates over the passenger pegs are for the lower mount of the lower side covers. Hope he has them too.
Engine base is black too, I say an '83.
