Hi guys!!!!
I'm new in here and with a beautyful 650 special 1979 wich needs help I got the bike one week ago and I need to start working on bike is not running and I like to make a bobber do I fix it first or buy the hard tail first????? please help thank you.

Get it running first. That way when you put it back together you will already know it should run. Might keep you from pulling your hair out while trouble shooting. Congrats man!
