just got the box in the mail and this is better than Christmas

also i am a little overwhelmed

1. the green monster really is a monster but how do the spark plug cables connect and do the red and green wire matter where they are connected

2. what about the spark plug caps how do you connect them to wire

3. is it possible that i will have extra parts when i am done installing


thanks for help and i hope i didnt get myself in over my head

#1 it don't matter
#2 the caps for the plugs screw on the wire, on the other end, strip a 1/4 inch of the insulation off, fold over, crimp the metal piece on.
#3 maybe, depends on the kit and what you need. I bought the complete kit with the green coil. I needed a new ATU and the whole kit was about the same as getting just what I needed, so the complete kit. I have some parts left over that I can use on my other engine build.

still having trouble figuring out the attachment on the cord to the green monster i figured out the plug caps though

pamco i sent you a pm but the plug wire ends that conect to the coil is where i am confused that is the last thing before i instal this thing

i am very excited to get it up and running

OK...I'm back.

Start by stripping the end of the plug wire:



Then, bend the wire back:


You should have two of these (these are already installed, but you can see which end is which))


Finish by using a household set of pliers to crimp the connector to the wire with the stripped end:


Plug the crimped end into the tower of the coil.
